Upgraded Deluxe rooms include private balconies or ground-floor terraces facing the Matterhorn. Triple Rooms, Standard Doubles, and Economy Doubles are also available, each equipped with board games and puzzles in family rooms.

The hotel sits right at the end of the Rothorn ski run, 5 minutes from the Sunnegga valley station via a lift and 7 minutes from the Gornergrat train station by bus. A private elevator and tunnel system, accessed with a key card, drops guests into the heart of Zermatt in about 3 minutes. Free shuttle service from the train station is available; guests can book it in advance through reception.
